The Paloma

Ingredients

  • 2oz Hotel California Blanco Tequila
  • 2oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 Lime - juiced
  • 1 Splash Agave Syrup
  • Grapefruit Soda or Soda Water
  • Salt to rim

Instructions

  • Using lime, salt rim
  • Add ice
  • Add tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, agave and stir
  • Top off with grapefruit soda or soda water and stir

Garnish

  • Garnish with slice of lime and/or grapefruit

Salisbury Buzz

Ingredients

  • 2oz Hotel California Reposado Tequila
  • 2oz Iced Coffee
  • Splash of Almond Milk
  • Agave Syrup
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon
  • Sprinkle Nutmeg
  • Coconut Sugar to rim

Instructions

  • Using orange slice, rim glass with coconut sugar
  • Pour tequila, coffee, almond milk and agave into shaker with ice and shake
  • Pour into glass and top with sprinkle of nutmeg and sprinkle of cinnamon

Garnish

  • Garnish with slice of orange

Ranch Water

Ingredients

  • 3oz Hotel California Blanco Tequila
  • Juice of 1 lime, with extra lime to garnish
  • Mineral or soda water, traditionally Topo Chico Mineral Water
  • Tajin to rim

Instructions

  • Use lime to rim glass with Tajin
  • Squeeze juice of one lime into glass
  • Pour in Hotel California Blanco Tequila
  • Fill glass with ice
  • Top off with mineral or soda water

Garnish

  • Garnish with slice of lime
