The Paloma
Ingredients
- 2oz Hotel California Blanco Tequila
- 2oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 Lime - juiced
- 1 Splash Agave Syrup
- Grapefruit Soda or Soda Water
- Salt to rim
Instructions
- Using lime, salt rim
- Add ice
- Add tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, agave and stir
- Top off with grapefruit soda or soda water and stir
Garnish
- Garnish with slice of lime and/or grapefruit

Salisbury Buzz
Ingredients
- 2oz Hotel California Reposado Tequila
- 2oz Iced Coffee
- Splash of Almond Milk
- Agave Syrup
- Sprinkle Cinnamon
- Sprinkle Nutmeg
- Coconut Sugar to rim
Instructions
- Using orange slice, rim glass with coconut sugar
- Pour tequila, coffee, almond milk and agave into shaker with ice and shake
- Pour into glass and top with sprinkle of nutmeg and sprinkle of cinnamon
Garnish
- Garnish with slice of orange

Ranch Water
Ingredients
- 3oz Hotel California Blanco Tequila
- Juice of 1 lime, with extra lime to garnish
- Mineral or soda water, traditionally Topo Chico Mineral Water
- Tajin to rim
Instructions
- Use lime to rim glass with Tajin
- Squeeze juice of one lime into glass
- Pour in Hotel California Blanco Tequila
- Fill glass with ice
- Top off with mineral or soda water
Garnish
- Garnish with slice of lime
